John's House: Turning a House Into a Home
A brand-new build in West Dublin had structure and space but no soul. The brief was open: make it feel like a home, not a show house. We selected a warm travertine-look porcelain throughout the ground floor, transitioning to a soft stone-effect in the bathrooms and a richly patterned Moroccan feature wall in the kitchen. The result is a home that feels curated, considered, and entirely personal.

A Victorian-era home in South Dublin was in need of a complete flooring and tiling transformation. The challenge: honouring the property’s original character while introducing a modern, liveable feel. Working with Stratacore’s Victorian geometric range alongside contemporary large-format porcelain in the living spaces, we achieved an extraordinary balance the entrance hall sings with period charm, while the open-plan kitchen is unmistakably today.
